Thank you for using BoostForge. Pleaseread these terms carefully before using our service.

By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service: Our service allows you to boost your Discord server's capacity and features by adding boost(s) to your server. These boost(s) will provide additional features, such as increased server capacity, custom emotes, and other benefits.
2. Customer Obligations: You agree that you will not remove any bots from your server that were added by our service. If you do, our service will be automatically revoked, and you will lose all benefits that come with it.
3. Security: You agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that there are no security bots that could remove the bots added by our service. If any security bot is found, it should be disabled immediately.
4. Not Affiliated with Discord: You agree that our service is not affiliated with Discord and that any issues that arise between you and Discord are your responsibility.
5. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our service. However, we may provide a replacement service if there is an issue with the service provided.
6. Limitation of Liability: Our service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms of Service: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. If we do make changes, we will post the revised terms on our website.
